i used my plain greek yogart today to make this. i of course had to sweeten it with sugar and probably added as much into it as i was trying to avoid. trying to keep it healthy this week.
can you believe that the starbuck's yogart parfait has about 300 calories and like 40 grams of sugar. you think you're getting something healthy and it turns out to be as bad as a big mac! scammers.
p.s. not sure of the exact amount of calories and sugar but you get the point.
I'm always a little surprised when I check out Starbucks' nutritional stats - the calories and fat content are so high too!
